The seller of the goods offered in this Online Store , THEO LATVIJA IK, Tax ID No. 40002219451, Siļķu iela 3-37, Liepāja, LV-3405, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and payment arrangements

The buyer orders the goods via the website www.theo.lv, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Online Store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is made electronically and is valid without a signature. The value of the goods in the invoice is indicated in Euro.

The Seller shall ensure the delivery of the goods within 14 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer regarding the order placed, the information provided by the Buyer, or the lack thereof.
The seller reserves the right to unilaterally suspend and/or cancel the execution of the order in the event of disagreements or violation of the rules.

The Seller sends the Buyer an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order.

Right of withdrawal

If the goods do not meet the Customer’s wishes, the Customer has the right to return them within 14 days. In order to return the purchased product, the Customer must inform the Seller in writing to the e-mail address info@theo.lv indicating the order number.

The product can be returned only if the product is not damaged and has not been used. All costs related to the return or replacement of goods are covered by the customer. The Seller has the right to unilaterally deduct these costs from the payment made by the Customer for the goods.

In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Latvia No. 207, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchased product and return it within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase. If you want to return the purchased goods, after contacting us by e-mail: info@theo.lv, you will be sent a withdrawal form. The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within seven days after submitting or sending a written refusal.

The seller reserves the right to deny the buyer the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in the event of:

If the product is used and / or damaged, if it is not in the original packaging or its packaging is significantly damaged.

If a defective product has been purchased, the buyer must immediately notify the Seller by e-mail: info@theo.lv, otherwise it will not be possible to return the product. By starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it meets the desired and the product will no longer be accepted for return.

Outer packaging (cardboard box) that is deformed during transport is NOT considered a defect, unless the end product itself is damaged.

The money paid for the product will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the consumer’s written refusal.

Section 12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to charge a compensation fee if the product is damaged by negligent handling of the product during use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.

Special delivery terms

Omniva SIA parcel machine delivery:

According to Omniva SIA “STANDARD TERMS OF SHIPPING SERVICES” as of 2022.11.01, section 10.1, shipments are stored in parcel lockers for 7 calendar days.

DPD Latvija SIA parcel machine delivery:

According to the DPD Latvija SIA “Terms of Use of Services” dated 2023.01.31, version 3, section 12.4, shipments are stored in parcel lockers for 5 days.

The buyer must pick up the shipment within the time intervals mentioned above. If the shipment is not picked up or is canceled by the Buyer, the delivery fee will not be refunded.

If the order included free shipping, the standard shipping price according to the price list will be deducted from the refund amount.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used to enable the Seller to accept the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer’s order will be sent to the specified e-mail.
